Artisans Vignerons de Naoussa Skyphos Xinomavro Red apricots and orange peelAn excellent, if not un typical BBQ wine, this Xinermavro is Macerated for 18 days then fermented with indigenous yeast in steel tanks for up to two months. It then underwent malolactic fermentation prior to four month of aging in five hundred litre oak barrels.
