General rule of thumb is 60 cards per player with a minimum being 240 to support 480
Players need to have a deck of at least 60 cards, some cards will be used as Ink to power the spending engine to get new cards into play, and characters can either go on Quests or challenge (fight) other exerted characters in an opponents play area
